How it is made

Your kit is made to order, for you alone, in a day.

Scanned
Your dentist scans your teeth. The scan comes to our laboratory and is prepared for printing automatically.
Printed
A model of your teeth is 3D printed in resin, then washed and cured.
Formed
Your whitening trays are vacuum formed over the model, so they follow the shape of your teeth.
Finished
Each tray is trimmed and finished by hand.
Inspected
Every kit is inspected before it is packed.
Delivered
Your kit is packed under your dentist’s name and sent to your practice.

Whitening is dental treatment. Your dentist checks that it is right for you, takes the scan and prescribes your kit, and every kit carries the name of the dentist who prescribed it.
